Australia’s focus on innovation is now so strong, it hosted its first Smart Cities Week In October.
Sarah has worked in policy and project support roles in the government and community sectors for over 15 years. In these roles she has developed skills in research, analysis, report writing, stakeholder liaison and event coordination.
Sarah experience spans across several sectors having worked at the NSW Department of Public Works and Services in both the consulting and policy arms, NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care and in the not-for-profit sector at Early Childhood Intervention Australia.
Sarah has contributed to the preparation of numerous reports, plans and guidelines including the initial development of the NSW Government Gateway Review Process Guidelines and the rollout of growth funding for Home and Community Care Services.
More recently, Sarah has supported the resourcing and delivery of conferences, training and events with Early Childhood Intervention Australia. Through her roles, Sarah has experience in delivering advice and information across diverse audiences. She has been responsible for communicating to Ministers, senior government public servants through to front line staff and sector advocates.
Sarah is a conscientious member of the Astrolabe Team who is always keen to learn. In her spare time, Sarah uses some of her coordination skills to manage her daughter’s awesome soccer team.
