Director

Michael has extensive experience developing and implementing strategy, policy and regulatory reform in planning and infrastructure, creating tangible benefits for communities. He works with clients to understand their needs to deliver innovative, high impact interventions that are fit for purpose.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in planning, housing and infrastructure systems working in both the government and private sectors. His unique mix of skills and experience guide his work across all levels of government and industry to develop tangible benefits for people in place.

Michael is ambitious in his desire to make positive change. He has pioneered data-driven approaches to planning and furthered digital transformation for better user experience and more adaptive and responsive plans. He harnesses his deep network to collect and validate information developing partnerships that can support our clients’ ambitions.

Michael is an expert reviewer for Infrastructure NSW and is Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at UNSW, lecturing students through the Cities Futures Centre. He contributes to planning and infrastructure through his role as an elected official of the Planning Institute of Australia. Michael regularly participates in the leadership committees of the Property Council of Australia and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).

Michael is a keen gardener and passionate about caring for country and learning from the traditional owners of this land.
