Populations only change because of three drivers of change: births, deaths and migration.
Sarah has worked in policy and project support roles in the government and community sectors for over 15 years. In these roles she has developed skills in research, analysis, report writing, stakeholder liaison and event coordination.
Sarah experience spans several sectors having worked at the NSW Department of Public Works and Services, NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care and in the not-for-profit sector at Early Childhood Intervention Australia NSW/ACT.
Sarah has contributed to the preparation of numerous reports, plans and guidelines including the initial development of the NSW Government Gateway Review Process Guidelines as well as resources to support funding allocation under the Home and Community Care Program.
More recently, Sarah has supported the resourcing and delivery of conferences, training, and events with Early Childhood Intervention Australia. Through her roles, Sarah has experience in delivering advice and information across diverse audiences. She has been responsible for communicating to Ministers, senior government public servants through to front line staff and sector advocates.
