Astrolabe is an established industry partner with the UNSW planning program. The program works closely with the planning industry to employ students throughout the practice year that is vital in delivering this cornerstone of the undergraduate city planning degree.

Matthew is in his third year of studies and strives for value-driven planning and using perspective to inform processes that create enduring people-centric transformational change. He is enthusiastic about delivering innovative multidisciplinary planning solutions to inequitable urban issues.

Through his study and work at Astrolabe, Matthew has a considered understanding of planning systems, legislation, and strategic policy development. He has strong collaboration and communication skills through working with a diverse range of individuals and teams.
