The challenge:
Camden’s population is set to double to more than 233,000 by 2036. Camden needed to renew it’s Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Framework to ensure their efforts are effectively servicing their community.
What we did:
We created a Camden specific delivery focus for the suite of IP&R documents. We utilised our local government operating knowledge, creative design methodologies, engagement and technical knowledge to ensure an exceptional integration of land use vision and Camden’s priorities. 
Results:
- The Connecting Camden Community Strategic Plan 2036 reflects a deep understanding of local government operating environments and supports Camden’s operational and delivery program.
