The challenge:

Coonamble is experiencing severe housing shortages. Council purchased three parcels of land in Coonamble and had to make a decision on how the land should be developed, including the option to attract a CHP to oversee the build of the properties.

What we did:

We developed a business case that demonstrates the CHP as the preferred option for additional community housing development. The business case demonstrates our rationale for investment, strategic alignment and options analysis.

We developed an application for the HAFF for Council.

Results:

The HAFF outcome is yet to be determined.
