Atiqah is an urban planner and strategist with extensive consulting experience working across local place-based projects through to large multi-disciplinary strategic planning delivery. Her project experience spans diverse geographical contexts, working across metropolitan and regional Australia and developing nations in the Asia-Pacific.
Atiqah has a passion for storytelling, applying her strong spatial and data analysis skills with her visual communication expertise to present compelling, evidence-based narratives that support informed decision-making and policy.
She believes genuine and ongoing collaboration is essential for positive and lasting change. Atiqah thrives in collaborative environments, and has experience engaging with all levels of government, the private sector, academia, and vulnerable communities including refugee women, young women and girls, and Indigenous young people.
Outside of work Atiqah can be found defiantly ignoring recipes in the kitchen (to mixed results), dragging family and friends to Sydney FC games, and hopping around Sydney’s beaches.
