Belinda adds order and understanding to complex and wicked systems through robust methodologies and project management. She makes sense of complex problems and how they fit within broader ecosystems for organisations seeking to better respond to their community and partners.
As a project management and policy expert, Belinda brings together the disciplines of management, design and systems thinking to deliver impactful and evidence-based results. Belinda applies her extensive skills acquired through the Project Manager Institute to enhance the project delivery experience for her clients. She is a values driven, high achiever who brings her critical and deep thinking to help clients with their problems.
Some of Belinda’s project experience:
- Project Manager coordinating the development of advocacy, smart city and advisory service revitalisation of the Coast with Central Coast Council
- Development of a social value framework for the Department of Communities and Justice
- Project Manager for the successful Griffith City Council Building Better Regions Fund grant application to increase the supply of social housing in Griffith
- Development of a suite of business process maps to untangle the complexity of infrastructure contributions for the Western Sydney Planning Partnerships member councils.
Belinda has worked in a diverse array of fields as a project and policy professional, ranging from spatial information management policy and strategy with NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, health policy and advocacy with Australasia College of Dermatologists, to tackling youth homelessness in Canada as a project coordinator for A Way Home Kelowna.
Belinda is a recreational running coach in her spare time, helping women discover the transformative power of running.
