Czerina is a well organised and meticulous engagement and project support professional. She works closely with project teams to help plan, organise and deliver projects. She provides key support to clients through maintaining project management documents, facilitating communication and executive support.
Czerina is passionate about working with key stakeholders, understanding pain points and creating solutions suitable for all parties. She has experience working with diverse stakeholders from community members to all levels of government. Czerina also delivers high quality event management from planning through to execution. Her bright and friendly personality brings energy and pragmatism to projects and initiatives.
Some of Czerina’s experience:
- Developed recommendations for interactive engagement at community events and social media engagement for development of Liverpool City Council’s Innovation Strategy
- Assisted in coordinating, scheduling and executing workshops as part of the consultation process in Astrolabe Group’s work in Smart City development including with Willoughby and Waverley Councils
- Led the development of the Innovation Field Guide for the Department of Planning and Environment to deliver place based innovation challenges
Czerina previously worked at the Greater Sydney Commission. During this time, her biggest achievement was assisting in managing up to 60 events within four weeks. The audience included community members, key industry stakeholders and government officials to participate in a community challenge to design the future of Western Sydney.
Czerina loves a good Netflix binge and when her eyes get sore, she does some dog watching while taking a walk.
